Scope of the service
Prezentio provides two main services:
(a) slides design and enhancement,
Payment
Payment for Prezentio services is done in two instalments: the first one equals 40% of the estimated
total price. This part, referred to as a deposit, needs to be paid after completing the order form
and before: (a) starting the work on presentation slides or (b) speech evaluation session,
respectively. After completing the order form the Customer receives an e-mail message that confirms
acceptance of the order and includes details on payment.
The remaining part of the payment (60% plus any difference between the estimated and final total
price of the order) is transferred after receiving slides or speech evaluation.
Communication with Customer
The Customer agrees to provide timely responses after receiving the e-mail confirmation.
The Customer will have a 20 day period in which to respond to work submitted for preview.
If after 20 days the Customer has failed to respond, Prezentio will assume the work is satisfactory
and complete, and the Customer accepts the provided service.
Legal Rights
The Customer becomes the owner of the final presentation after it is accepted and obtained from Prezentio.
All proposals created during the work on design that were not accepted by the Customer remain the property
of Prezentio. Prezentio has the right to place the finished presentation in Prezentio's portfolio
after removing all sensitive data provided by the Customer.
Privacy Policy
Prezentio will not provide or sell to third parties any information provided by the Customer.
All personal data of the Customer are purely used by Prezentio for communication with the Customer
and providing the ordered service.
