1. Making an project order by submitting on-line form:

   You can also contact us by phone or email. (check the contact details).
   
   Once you make an order, within one day we will to confirm the order and send you the estimated costs of the project. In case of speech evaluation we will propose you a date of evaluation session.



2. After our confirmation, you are asked to make a deposit payment (40% of the estimated project price).
   In case the order has been submitted by a company, we support also a procedure with Purchase Order.
   The payment can be done by secure online payment systems (supporting credit cards and Paypal) or by direct bank transfer to our bank account in Poland.
   
   Right after obtaing a payment confirmation we start working on the project.



3. Within 3 working days since that moment you will obtain a proposal of the presentation for your acceptance in case of slides design services.
   
   
   • If first project is not accepted right away, we will update the presentation according to your suggestions until you are satisfied. Next round of slides will be provided to you within 2 working days.
   • In case of presentations with more than 30 slides the delivery times may differ slightly from the description above.


4. Final accepted version of presentation will be sent to you by email.



5. Payment of remaining part of the order costs is expected to be done within 7 days.
